Managing Users

There are three types of users in SiteBuilder: an administrator, a regular user and a guest. You as the administrator have rights to add users and modify properties of existing ones. A regular user has rights to create and modify the web sites. Guest user type exists mainly for evaluation purposes.

There exist two types of administrators - the system administrator which is created during installation and regular administrators which can be created by the system administrator through the SiteBuilder's interface. These two types differ by that you can neither delete nor deactivate the system administrator while this is possible for regular ones. You can only edit properties of the system administrator. Apart from that, regular administrators have the same set of available features as the system one.

SiteBuilder allows you to view and edit user accounts. You can enable/disable or delete them as well. Click on the User Management tab in the SiteBuilder's window to access its user management functions. The corresponding page will appear.
