Performing Group Operations on User Accounts

Group operations on user accounts include:

To perform a group operation you should select the needed accounts by setting the corresponding checkboxes in the second column in the table on the User Management page. Also, you can select all accounts by setting the checkbox at the head of the table.

After this, you should press one of the buttons at the bottom (Activate, Deactivate, Allow Publish, Deny Publish or Delete) to perform the desired action.

Users of disabled accounts cannot login to the system. The Status column indicates the status of a user. It can be either "A" (Activated) or "D" (Deactivated).

By default, users are not given permission to publish sites. To set it, check the users you want to give publish permission and press the Allow Publish button. Note, that the global checkbox with the same name in the administrator's interface overrides this setting.
