Disabling Containers Management from Control Panel
If needed, you can temporarily disable Containers management for your customers. Containers management can be disabled per Hardware Node.
To disable Containers management from Control Panel:
- Open the Operations Director submenu on the Navigation tree and select the Infrastructure Manager. The Infrastructure Manager dashboard appears on the screen.
- Click on the Hardware Nodes link at the Infrastructure Manager dashboard. The list of Hardware Nodes appears.
- Select the Hardware Node by clicking on its name. The Hardware Node Summary appears on the screen.
- Select the General Settings tab.
- Click the Edit button below the Hardware Node General Settings that appear on the screen.
- Scroll the screen (if needed). Find the Maintenance section of the form.
- Edit the maintenance settings:
- You can check the Do not allow customers to manage their Containers (or domains - for Plesk nodes ) from CP checkbox to disable Containers management from Control Panel.
Note: This setting affects Containers hosted on the selected Hardware Node only.
- In the Warning Message field you can type the text of the system message to be shown to your customers when Containers management is disabled but they try to perform an operation under Container. You can leave this field empty to use the default system message.
- Click the Update button.
