I cannot connect to my POP3/IMAP server

First, check that the POP3/IMAP services are running. You can do this via the Server Diagnostics window in your WebAdmin Misc column.

If all the services are running, and you still cannot connect to the server, please verify that you filled in the correct values in both your IMAP and POP3 configuration windows, or that the details you have filled in in your Mail Configuration panel are valid

I cannot send a message to a local account

Check for aliases for the recipient account and that it forwards messages to the correct account. Also, verify that there are no catch-all aliases configured for that account
