I just created a new user and I did not receive the welcome message.

Check that the email address is not in the Mail Relay list. Also, check that the Spam-filter does not block messages sent by the user to himself.



The Purge Users function does not work. What can I do?

The Purge Users function only deletes accounts that have been inactive for X days. Any accounts that are not past that timeframe are not affected.



How do I migrate users?

To migrate users, you must first have a CSV file containing all the usernames and passwords of the users in the system. The file is then uploaded via your WebAdmin > Services > Migrates Users window, which creates the users on the list.
