What is the Mail Monitor Utility for?
The Mail-Monitor Utility is a small program that checks for new emails on your mailbox periodically, depending on the interval that you specify. It runs silently in your system tray, and notifies you automatically, if you have new emails.
Where can I get the Mail Monitor Utility?
The Mail Monitor Utility can be downloaded from:http://atmail.com/websync/mail-monitor-44.msi. Download the file, and go through the installation instructions - the utility should then be automatically installed in your System Tray.
How do I setup the Mail Monitor?
1. Access the Mail Monitor properties screen. This can be done by right clicking on the Mail Monitor icon, and choosing "Properties".
2. Fill in the fields in the properties screen, as depicted in the image below:
Where:
"http://yourdomain.com/" is the location of your WebMail login page,
"yourdomain.com" is your account domain name (e.g., myisp.co.uk, isp.com),
"john@yourdomain.com" is your account-name
3. When you receive a new email, the Mail Monitor Utility will automatically notify you via a pop-up on the lower-right corner of your screen. It contains the heading, date, and a summary of the contents of the interface.
Clicking on the link will bring you to the @Mail interface, directly to the email.
