VideoMail Settings [ Help Index ]

The VideoMail settings panel is used to enable the service, and optionally specify the video-mail server.

The Enable VideoMail setting toggles support for VideoMail via the Web interface of @Mail. Users accessing the simple or advanced interface of @Mail can optionally record a video-mail message using Flash, which is recorded as a stream to the specified Video-mail server. Recipients can then view the Video-mail message by clicking a link embedded in the HTML/text email message. If users access the @Mail Webmail interface, the video-mail player is embedded and streamed automatically.

With the Video Mail Server feature allows you to specify the URL and settings of the remote Video-mail server. The public video.atmail.com server is provided by default, and you can optionally purchase your own @Mail Video-mail server and stream/record messages on your own installation.
