Sending Request to Support Team

To submit a request to the SWsoft Technical Support

  1. Go to the Swsoft Online Server Support, or click Support on the top right of the SiteBuilder Administrator Panel. The SiteBuilder Online Server Support Form opens.
  2. Describe your problem in the form: fill in all required fields.
  3. Click Submit Request to instantly send it to our technical experts.

Your request will be processed within 6 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time) or within 12 hours the rest time.
