Whitelist Tab

On the Whitelist tab, specify a list of senders that have been cleared for any activity in the system, including sending out suspected or even spam messages.

To add an entry to the Whitelist:

  1. Enter the domain name (format: domain.com) in the Add an Entry field. 

  2. Click Add Entry to add the domain name to the Whitelist.

  3. Click Save to save your settings.

To delete an entry from the Whitelist:

  1. Click on an entry in the Whitelist Management box.

  2. Click Delete Entry. The domain name is removed from the Whitelist.

  3. Click Save to save your settings.
