Scenario I: If a Domain is Registered for Web Hosting
If your customer visits your HSPstore and buys a VE or Plesk Hosting Plan, he/she registers a new domain to be assigned to his/her VE or Plesk domain/client.
After a customer pays an order, the services provisioning starts (VE creation and domain registration). As to the domain, HSPcomplete checks which domain registration plug-in provides the top-level domain ordered by a customer (active TLDs for each plug-in can be selected in Service Director - Domain Manager -> Setup -> TLDs tab -> select TLD and chose the Registrar):
- If the top level domain is available, the new domain will be registered using either the Provider default name servers or, if a plug-in allows using a Registrar's name servers, using the Registrar's name servers. The Provider default set can be selected in Domain Manager -> Setup -> General tab.
- If a plug-in in configured to use the Registrar's DNS, then the domain will be registered using the default registrar's name servers set.
- If the plug-in is configured to use the Provider's DNS, then the domain will be registered using the default Provider name servers set.
